This book is filled with information She not only shares the recipes but goes over what foods to eat the most, eat in moderation, and avoid She talks a little about her story and struggles with PCOS The recipes are from scratch a must for our family , including the sauces which she has the recipes for at the end. Author lists gluten as a food to restrict or avoid, but her recipes include sprouted grain bread, which contains gluten If you re celiac or gluten sensitive, don t trust the recipes blindly.
